How We Help You

Every patient receives individualized care built on a thorough evaluation and ongoing collaboration.

Thorough Psychiatric Evaluations

Your care begins with a comprehensive evaluation to understand your symptoms, history, and goals. We take the time to listen and build a complete picture of your mental health.

Individualized Treatment Plans

No two patients are the same. We develop personalized medication plans tailored to your unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle — and adjust them as needed over time.

Ongoing Medication Management

We provide regular follow-ups to monitor your response to medication, manage side effects, and make adjustments to ensure the best possible outcomes for your mental health.

Supportive, Compassionate Care

Mental health care requires a safe, judgment-free environment. We provide compassionate support throughout your treatment journey, always respecting your experience and perspective.

What to Expect

Your Psychiatric Evaluation

Here is what to know before your first appointment so you can get the most out of your visit.

1

Initial Evaluation

Your first appointment is at least 60 minutes. This thorough evaluation gives us the time to understand your history, symptoms, and goals so we can build the right treatment plan for you.

2

Come Prepared

Complete your pre-appointment forms before the visit to save time. Bring a list of medications previously tried, including side effects experienced and how long each was taken. Also note your number of hospitalizations.

3

Appointment Guidelines

Sign in on time and conduct your appointment from a safe, private location. Appointments while driving or in public spaces are not permitted for your safety and privacy.

4

Follow-Up Visits

Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes and focus on medication evaluation — assessing improvement of symptoms or need for adjustment. If you did not pick up or start your medication, please reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
